Pros and Cons
- bHaptics TactGloves are the first haptic gloves suitable for the consumer market
- 10 sensors spread across the fingertips provide accurate haptic feedback
- Made from lightweight and stretchy material, making the gloves easy to put on and take off
- Haptic gloves cannot (yet) be used with every VR game
- The TactGlove gloves are available in multiple sizes. For women, we recommend sizes S and M, for men sizes L and XL
- Less accurate feedback than other haptic gloves, such as the SenseGlove Nova
- No built-in tracking
- This is a development kit (DK) of the TactGlove. Therefore, there are still few native-supported applications or games.

The bHaptics TactGloves DK1 are the perfect VR gloves for those seeking an immersive experience in the virtual world. These gloves are equipped with 6 haptic feedback points, each with an LRA motor, 5 of which are located on the fingertips and 1 on the wrist. This gives you a realistic sensation of grasping, touching, and pressing objects in virtual reality. Moreover, the gloves are very comfortable to wear and easy to put on and take off, thanks to the lightweight, stretchy material from which they are made.
The TactGloves are easy to integrate with commonly used software like Unreal Engine and Unity and can be connected via Bluetooth Low Energy technology (BLE). Since no external tracking sensors are needed, these gloves are also compatible with almost any VR headset. The battery lasts up to 3.5 hours and can be charged within 2 hours with a 5V 0.5A (max) charger. In addition, the inner glove is washable or replaceable for a hygienic experience.
