When you place your online order on a working day before 11:00 PM, the item is in stock, and you pay via a direct payment method such as iDeal or PayPal, your order is usually dispatched the same day*. If the item is not in stock in our webshop, an estimated delivery time will always be provided on the product page. If a longer delivery time is indicated for a product, we will try to send your order to you as soon as possible. Your order will be reserved in our system, and when the product arrives in our warehouse, it will be processed and prepared for dispatch immediately.
When you have ordered a product, you will receive an order confirmation from us. Please note: you will only receive a shipping confirmation with a track and trace code once your order leaves our warehouse. If your product is not immediately in stock, the shipping confirmation may therefore come later. Are you unsure if you have received the correct confirmation?
