You can claim warranty or offer your product for repair in the following cases:
- Defect within the product's warranty period;
- Defect outside the product's warranty period, where charges may apply.
If you wish for us to inspect the product, the return costs will be at your expense. If the inspection reveals that the warranty claim is valid, we will reimburse the return costs incurred.
Important: We only reimburse standard return costs. This does not include any additional insurance.
Once we receive your product for a warranty claim, we will first assess whether the issue falls within or outside the warranty and whether our VR-specialisten can resolve the problem. If it is not a warranty case, there may be (inspection) costs associated with the service request and the repair of the product. We aim to provide you with an estimate of these potential costs in advance, so you are not faced with unexpected expenses.
