Sometimes, things may not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first make your complaint known to our customer service. We will then try to assist you as best as possible to reach a desired solution. If this does not lead to a resolution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through WebwinkelKeur Dispute Mediation. Since 15 February 2016, it has also been possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the ODR-platform of the European Commission. If your complaint has not been addressed elsewhere, you are free to lodge your complaint via the European Union platform.

A problem is always unpleasant, especially if it cannot be resolved directly with one of our employees. We would like to work together to find a solution for your complaint. As we aim to provide our customers with optimal service, we consider it important to hear from you if you have complaints about our service. Do this - also to limit any potential damage - as soon as possible. According to the law, a complaint is made in time if it is submitted within two months after discovery. This also applies if the purchased product does not have the properties you expected based on the purchase agreement. It is in your interest to make your complaints known in writing.
If you submit a complaint to us, it will be answered within 14 days at the latest. If we need more time, we will inform you within 14 days when you can expect a response. You can send your complaint by e-mail to service@unboundxr.nl.
