When you place your online order on a business day before 23:00, if the item is in stock, and you pay via a direct payment method such as iDeal or PayPal, your order is usually dispatched the same day*. If the item is not in stock in our webshop, an estimated delivery time is always provided on the product page. Should a longer delivery time be indicated for a product, we endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possible. Your order will be reserved in our system and processed for dispatch as soon as the product arrives in our warehouse.
When you have ordered a product, you will receive an order confirmation from us. Please note: only when your order leaves our warehouse will you receive a shipping confirmation with a track and trace code. If your product is not immediately available, the shipping confirmation may therefore come later. If you are unsure whether you have received the correct confirmation, you can always contact our customer service.
