1. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to:
- The renting party, hereafter referred to as 'tenant';
- The leasing party, hereafter referred to as Unbound XR or 'landlord'.
2. Offer
We always send you a written offer by email stating the rental rate. After agreement on the amount, the tenant receives a quotation and/or (proforma) invoice, finalising the rental agreement.
3. Payment
Payment can be made through a payment link you receive from your contact person at Unbound XR, or by a bank transfer of the agreed rate. You will receive a (proforma) invoice with the necessary information to execute the payment. Please note: in most cases, the payment must be settled before the rental period and be in the landlord's account, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Transport and Shipping
The dispatch of rented items must always be arranged between tenant and landlord. Some products cannot be sent via a standard service (PostNL, DPD, DHL), but must be transported personally or via an external courier service. Rented items may be collected 1 day before the rental period and returned 1 day after the rental period. Example: if a product is rented on Wednesday, it may be collected on Tuesday and returned on Thursday.
Please note: the collection and return of rented items can only occur from Monday to Friday between 09:00 to 17:00 (location: Kerkenbos 1063M, 6546 BB Nijmegen).
6. Renting at the Weekend
In some cases, you may only need the rented items for the weekend. The weekend counts as 1 rental day. Example: if you want to use the rented items on Saturday, they may be collected on Friday and returned on Monday. This will be charged as a total of 1 rental day.
7. Liability
Once the agreement has been entered into and the tenant has the products in use/possession, all responsibilities for the care of the product lie with the renting party. The tenant is (among other things) responsible and liable for:
- Properly handling rented materials;
- Negligence (for example, leaving rented items unattended);
- Aesthetic damage due to fault or unforeseen circumstances;
- Functional defects due to fault or unforeseen circumstances;
- Timely collection/return or setting up within the agreed times;
- Returning all rented items in full (i.e., including all supplied accessories).
If damage to rented items is detected upon return, the tenant is responsible for this. If repair costs need to be incurred, these costs will be charged to the tenant.
