Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions – Unbound XR

These terms and conditions apply to all gift vouchers issued by Unbound XR (digital and/or physical). By purchasing, receiving or using a gift voucher, the holder accepts these terms and conditions.

1. General

  1. Unbound XR is entitled to modify these terms and conditions
  2. The most current version is always available via the Unbound XR website

2. Issuance and Use

  1. Gift vouchers can be used as a payment method for products offered via the Unbound XR online shop
  2. Gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash
  3. Gift vouchers can be used in one or multiple transactions as long as the balance is sufficient
  4. The remaining balance remains available until the gift voucher is fully used or its validity has expired

3. Validity

  1. Gift vouchers from Unbound XR are valid for up to 24 months from the date of issuance unless otherwise explicitly stated on the gift voucher
  2. The validity period is made clearly known to the purchaser before or during purchase
  3. Upon expiration of the validity period, the remaining balance will lapse and can no longer be claimed

4. Loss, Theft, and Misuse

  1. Gift vouchers are value documents and should be kept safely
  2. Unbound XR is not liable for loss, theft, damage or unauthorized use of a gift voucher
  3. In case of suspicion of fraud or misuse, Unbound XR reserves the right to block the gift voucher

5. Errors in Issuance and Obvious Mistakes

  1. Unbound XR takes the utmost care in the correct issuance and processing of gift vouchers
  2. If there is an obvious error such as an incorrect balance, a technical error or an administrative mistake in the issuance, Unbound XR expressly reserves the right to correct the value and/or balance
  3. In such case, Unbound XR may adjust the value of the gift voucher to the actual amount paid by the customer
  4. No rights can be derived from obvious mistakes
  5. Unbound XR will communicate any correction as soon as possible and transparently with the affected customer

6. Returns and Cancellations

  1. Gift vouchers cannot be returned after activation unless mandatory law dictates otherwise
  2. If an order paid for with a gift voucher is cancelled or returned in full or in part, the corresponding amount is credited back to the gift voucher

7. Liability

  1. Unbound XR is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or the inability to use a gift voucher
  2. In all cases, the liability of Unbound XR is limited to the value of the relevant gift voucher

8. Applicable Law

  1. These terms and conditions are governed solely by Dutch law
  2. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands
