HTC VIVE Base Station 2.0
The SteamVR Base Station 2.0 is an external sensor that ensures the Vive Pro-headset and controllers can be tracked within a maximum area of 10m x 10m (use 4 sensors for this). Secure the sensor with the screw thread onto a tripod, clamp, or wall mount and place it at a height of approximately 2 metres. Tilt the sensor at an angle towards the play area. For optimal sensor placement, position the sensors no more than 6 metres apart.
The base stations for HTC Vive Pro are compatible with: HTC Vive Pro/Eye/Cosmos Elite, Valve Index, and Pimax VR-brillen. The package contains 1 base station.
Note: never move the base station while it is on. This can result in an internal fault (red flashing light), after which the base station will need to be repaired and sent back to HTC.

Use the base stations to set up a VR space.
The HTC VIVE base station is used in combination with a SteamVR VR-set, such as the HTC VIVE, VIVE Pro (2), and Valve Index. For an optimal room setup, it is recommended to position two base stations opposite each other (maximum 6 metres apart) at a height of approximately 2 metres. Please note: when purchasing a standalone base station, a wall mount is not included.

Works flawlessly and without delay. I bought it to complement the two existing stations, so I had better coverage in unusual locations. The only point of criticism: unlike the set with the headset, no wall mounting kit is included. So, you need to purchase something separately or use a tripod.
