This Influencer-partnerschapscontract ("Contract") is entered into between the name of the Influencer ("Influencer") and Unbound XR ("Company"), collectively referred to as the "Parties".

1.1 Influencer agrees to verbally mention Unbound XR in the video(s) produced in connection with this collaboration. The mention should be in the context of gratitude or acknowledgment, such as "Thank you Unbound XR for allowing me to use this item" or "Unbound XR is the official distributor of this product."

1.2 Influencer agrees to include a link to the Unbound XR website under the appropriate domain name (www.unboundxr.nl, www.unboundxr.eu, www.unboundxr.de, www.unboundxr.fr, www.unboundxr.co.uk) in the video description of each video related to the partnership. (for example: Dutch parties use: www.unboundxr.nl, German parties use: www.unboundxr.de, French parties use: www.unboundxr.fr etc.).

1.3 Influencer further agrees to include a specific link to the product used, as provided by Unbound XR, in the video description.

1.4 Influencer acknowledges that the product provided by Unbound XR may be used for a period of two weeks, unless a specific timeframe has been communicated and agreed upon by both parties.

1.5 Influencer acknowledges that once the product is in their possession, they assume full responsibility for any damage that occurs during the usage period.

2.1 Unbound XR agrees to provide the product to Influencer for the agreed usage period.

2.2 Unbound XR covers the cost of shipping the product to the Influencer.

3.1 Influencer acknowledges that they are responsible for the costs and arrangements for returning the product to Unbound XR at their own expense.

3.3 In the event that the product is returned to Unbound XR with damage beyond normal wear and tear, Unbound XR is entitled to withhold a restocking fee for the product, which will be sent to the party in the form of an invoice.

3.4 In the event that the product is returned later than the agreed usage period, Unbound XR is entitled to charge a restocking fee for the product, which will be sent to the party in the form of an invoice.
