Unbound XR is an innovative player in the world of augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR).
As an Inside Sales Employee at Unbound XR, you play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and strengthening our position in the market.

What will you do?
As an Inside Sales Employee at Unbound XR, you are the first point of contact for both potential and existing customers. In this role, we expect you to turn incoming questions and requests from customers into sales opportunities. You ensure that you follow up on these leads optimally and that the customer gets the best solution, always focusing on creating long-term customer relationships. Besides, you analyse customer needs and contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

So you're not a traditional cold caller, but a real relationship builder who makes a difference by quickly responding to customer needs and turning them into concrete sales.

Your responsibilities

  •  Actively converting sales opportunities within the AR/VR market.
  •  Mapping customer needs and presenting custom-made solutions.
  •  Maintaining telephone and email contact with (potential) customers.
  •  Maintaining the CRM system and preparing sales reports.
  •  Contributing to the optimization of the sales process.

What do we expect from you?

  •  An HBO level of work and thinking, or experience at this level through relevant work experience.
  •  At least 1 year of experience in an inside sales position or a comparable commercial role.
  •  Affinity with technology.
  •  Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  •  Proactive work attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  •  Knowledge of Magento 2, Zendesk and Microsoft Office is a plus.
