Job Vacancy: Customer Service Representative at - Virtual Reality

Unbound XR is an online distributor of virtual reality hardware for businesses and consumers. In addition to (online) sales of hardware, we engage in VR/AR/MR consultancy and installation to provide our customers with the best virtual reality hardware and -adviezen solutions.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working within a tight-knit team, addressing customer inquiries. You are the first point of contact for the customer, dealing with simple questions like "where is my package?" to more challenging queries where a customer wishes to start a virtual reality project from A to Z.

Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for providing a perfect klant-afhandeling. You answer incoming questions via phone and e-mail. Additionally, you take care of the complete return processing of sent back packages.

• You provide (online) support to customers via phone and email;
• You recognise commercial opportunities and can turn these into appropriate quotations, followed up via phone and email;
• You stay up to date with the latest (VR) technologies - or you are open to learning more about these;
• You are responsible for processing returns (both customer communication and physical handling of the package);
• You test the latest virtual reality products so you can provide customers with quality advice;
• There is a lot of room for growth within our organisation. So, if you have ideas or things you'd like to do? You're always welcome to pursue them!

• You are available 32 to 40 hours per week;
• You have perfect command of both Dutch and English (both in speech and writing). With the growing German market, German is a plus;
• You have an affinity with computer technologies and virtual reality (or are willing to learn more about this);
• You have a commercial mindset (you see sales opportunities);
• You can work independently and take initiative (for example, by sharing your ideas in the weekly meeting);
• You enjoy interacting with customers and maintaining contact with them.

Unbound XR is an online reseller and distributor of virtual reality hardware and other consumer electronics. If you've ever searched for VR-brillen or accessories, there's a good chance you've visited our webshop or perhaps even made a purchase. Besides selling these products, we provide businesses looking to start (or grow) with VR consultancy and advice. Unbound XR has already helped dozens of VR Arcades in setting up and arranging their space.

We offer a challenging, varied full-time position for an indefinite period in a rapidly evolving and future-oriented market. • Salary: €2,200.00 - €2,800.00 gross per month (depending on duties, experience and responsibilities).
