Description

Unbound XR is an online distributor of virtual reality hardware for business organisations and consumers. In addition to (online) selling hardware, we engage in VR/AR/MR consultancy and installation to provide our customers with the best virtual reality hardware and -adviezen.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a close-knit team to assist our customers. You are the first point of contact for the customer. This can range from a simple question like "where is my package?" to more challenging inquiries where a customer wants to start a virtual reality project from A to Z.

You, together with your support-collega’s, are responsible for perfect klant-afhandeling. You answer incoming questions via phone and e-mail. Additionally, you handle the complete return processing of returned packages.

Besides the general tasks, there is plenty of room for growth with us! Do you have ideas that can help the organisation grow further? In our weekly meeting, we take ample time to discuss opportunities and pitfalls. This way, we work together towards a better customer experience and a more pleasant working environment!

Tasks

You provide (online) support to customers via phone and email;
You recognise commercial opportunities and know how to convert them into a suitable offer and follow up via phone and email;
You are up-to-date with the latest (VR) technologies - or are open to learning more about them;
You are responsible for processing returns (both customer contact and physical package processing);
You test the latest virtual reality products so you can give good advice to customers;
There is a lot of room for growth within our organisation. So, if you have ideas or things you would like to do, that is always possible!

Job requirements

You are available 32 to 40 hours per week;
You have perfect command of the Dutch and English languages (both spoken and written). With the growing German market, German is a plus;
You have an affinity with computer technologies and virtual reality (or are willing to learn more about it);
You have a commercial mindset (you see sales opportunities);
You can work well independently and take initiative (for example, by sharing your ideas in the weekly meeting);
You enjoy talking to customers and maintaining contact with them.

About Unbound XR

Unbound XR is an online reseller and distributor of virtual reality hardware and other consumer electronics. Have you ever searched for VR-brillen or accessories? Then chances are you have already visited our webshop or maybe even bought something from us. In addition to selling these products, we offer consultancy and advice to companies that want to start (or grow) with VR. Unbound XR has already helped dozens of VR Arcades with setting up and building their spaces.

At our office in Nijmegen, you will find yourself in a beautiful, innovative space. You will get your own desk and computer - and will be immediately integrated into the team. What do we offer you?

We offer a challenging, varied full-time position for an indefinite period (permanent work) in a rapidly developing and future-oriented market. Salary: €2,200.00 - €2,800.00 gross per month (depending on tasks, experience, and responsibilities).
