Job Description

In the role of Technical Employee, you will be responsible for technically managing both existing and new customer relationships. You will typically carry out this work from our office behind your computer, but you may occasionally visit a customer. As VR is still a very new market for many businesses, our customers often have numerous questions regarding the implementation of VR and AR. These can range from relatively simple consumer inquiries to complex projects from international companies. With your expertise, you can always provide customers with the right technical advice.

Another part of your responsibilities involves testing returned VR equipment for defects or damage and processing this administratively. This includes, for example, registering a repair with a supplier/manufacturer. Testing and administratively processing withdrawal products also falls under this category.

But another option available to you is the on-site installation of VR equipment. Think about a new VR-arcade that will start soon, or a company that wants to implement VR in the workplace. During the installation, you are responsible for its progress. This also means that you prepare everything meticulously beforehand, so you don't encounter any surprises on-site. After completing the installation, you discuss with the client whether everything is to their satisfaction, ensuring that both parties can move forward with confidence in the new VR-arcade or workplace.
