With ManageXR Essential, you can manage business VR and AR headsets from a single online platform. Applications, files, settings, and network configurations can be deployed remotely, eliminating the need for individual manual setup of devices. This makes ManageXR suitable for organisations utilising XR for training, education, healthcare, events, demonstrations or other professional applications.

The Essential license provides all the basic functionalities needed to manage an XR implementation safely and efficiently. You can remotely install and update applications and files, launch apps directly, and lock devices into a single-app kiosk mode. This gives users access exclusively to the application for which the headset is configured.

Secure devices and prevent unwanted changes

With pre-set configurations, you determine which settings are available and which parts of the standard menu are blocked. WiFi networks and certificates can also be added centrally. Depending on the device used, it is possible to manage firmware updates and disable features such as USB file transfer and developer mode.

From the administration dashboard, you gain insight into the status and location of registered devices. User and device activities are recorded in audit logs, while administrators can be assigned various access rights. This allows you to maintain an overview and control, even when headsets are used across multiple locations.

Suitable for various XR platforms

ManageXR supports a wide range of business XR devices from Meta, PICO, HTC VIVE, Lenovo, DPVR, Magic Leap, and RealWear among others. This allows different types of headsets within the same organisation to be managed from a single environment.

This licence gives one device access to ManageXR Essential for one year. To manage multiple devices, a separate licence is required per headset.
