Realman AG Force Handheld Device
The Realman AG Force Gripper AG-160-95 is an advanced adaptive electric robot gripper designed for accurate and stable handling of objects with various shapes, sizes and surfaces. Thanks to the smart linkage mechanism, the gripper not only closes parallel but also envelops around round, cylindrical or irregular workpieces, making the grip significantly more stable than standard parallel grippers.
With an adjustable gripping force of 45 to 160 N per side and a generous stroke of 95 mm, the AG-160-95 offers a high degree of flexibility within diverse automation applications such as pick and place, machine tending, assembly, sorting, laboratory automation and quality control. The system can reliably handle workpieces up to approximately 3 kilograms and combines speed with high positioning accuracy.
The integrated electric drive ensures opening and closing in just 0.7 seconds, while the repeatability of ±0.03 mm delivers very consistent repeat performances in repetitive tasks. Thanks to the intelligent force control and self-locking function, the product is firmly held without unnecessary energy consumption or grip loss during standstill.
The AG-160-95 operates on 24V DC and communicates standard via RS485 Modbus RTU and Digital I O, making integration with cobots, industrial robot arms and automation systems straightforward. The IP54 protection class makes the gripper resistant to dust and splash water and suitable for continuous use in industrial environments. Thanks to the combination of high gripping force, adaptive finger movement and plug and play robot compatibility, this force gripper is a versatile solution for modern precision automation.
