.
The ECO65 Series from Realman consists of compact and efficient 6-axis robotic arms developed for reliable automation within industrial and technical applications. Thanks to the integrated controller and the space-saving design, these robotic arms can be easily implemented without an external switch cabinet. This makes the series particularly suitable for companies looking for a practical, modern and accessible solution for various automation tasks.
Within the ECO series, the emphasis is on a strong balance between compactness, performance and simple integration. The models are designed for applications such as pick-and-place, assembly, inspection and other repetitive actions where accuracy and stability are important. With a repeatability of ±0.05 mm, the robotic arms provide consistent performance in environments where reliability is paramount.
The ECO65-B is the standard version within this series and is intended for general automation tasks without additional force sensing. The ECO65-6F builds on this with an integrated 6-axis force sensor, making this version more suitable for applications requiring contact-sensitive interaction, force measurement or more precise work with varying resistance. The ECO63 can be seen as a more compact alternative within the same product line, suitable for situations where a smaller and lighter robotic arm is sufficient.
All models offer various communication and control options, including WiFi, network connection, Bluetooth, USB-serial and RS485. They also support multiple control methods, such as drag-and-drop teaching, teaching pendant, API and JSON. This makes the robotic arms flexible for use within different technical environments and relatively easy to integrate into existing workflows.
| Model | Variant | Payload | Range of operation | Force sensor | Application |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ECO65-B | Standard | 5 kg | ±650 mm | No | Heavier automation, pick-and-place and assembly |
| ECO65-6F | Force Feedback | 5 kg | ±650 mm | Yes (6D) | Contact-sensitive tasks, force-controlled processes and precise interaction |
| ECO63 | ECO63 Series | 3 kg | ±630 mm | Optional | Lighter automation and compact work cells |
Thanks to this structure, the ECO series offers a suitable solution for different levels of automation. The ECO65-B is ideal as a starter model for standard tasks, the ECO65-6F is more interesting for more advanced applications where force feedback plays a role, and the ECO63 is attractive when compactness and low weight outweigh maximum capacity. Thus, Realman offers a scalable solution for both simple and more advanced robotisation within this series.
