The Vuzix M400 has a 12.8 MP camera. This allows for high-quality video recording.
The M400 is very lightweight (180 grams) and can therefore be worn comfortably for extended periods.
The IP67-certificering is protected against the ingress of dust. Protected against immersion between 15 centimetres and 1 metre deep. Drop-resistant up to a height of 2 metres.
The 1000 mAh battery lasts 2.5 to 3 hours.

Vuzix M400 is the next evolution of the M300 product line. The device features an ergonomic and robust design and is resistant to water and dust according to IP67-normen. The M400 smart glasses can be operated by both touch and voice commands.
The M400 is an exceptionally lightweight wearable headset. Weighing only 190 grams, you hardly notice you are wearing the headset. The built-in camera can record in 4K and take 12.8 MP photos. The high quality of these makes the device suitable for remote assist-toepassingen where a professional can observe via another screen.
Vuzix is developed for the business market with heavy industrial applications in mind. With the IP67-classificatie, the glasses are water- and dustproof, and they are resistant to drops from a height of 2 metres.
The M400 runs on Android 9.0. This has the advantage that you can install Android applications (.APK files) on the M400 yourself. Not all Android applications are compatible, so testing is recommended.
