When you place your online order on a working day before 23:00, the item is in stock, and you pay via a direct payment method such as Credit Card, iDeal, or Paypal, your order is typically dispatched the same day*. If the item is not in stock in our webshop, an expected delivery time is always given on the product page. If a product has a longer delivery time, we aim to send your order as quickly as possible. Your order is placed as a reservation in our system and when the product arrives in our warehouse it is immediately processed and prepared for dispatch
When you have ordered a product, you will receive an order confirmation from us. Please note: only when your order leaves our warehouse will you receive a dispatch confirmation from us with a track and trace code. If your product is not immediately in stock, the dispatch confirmation may therefore come later. If you are unsure whether you have received the correct confirmation, you can always contact our customer service
