You can claim warranty or offer your product for repair in the following cases:
- Defective within the product's warranty period;
- Defective outside the product's warranty period, where charges may apply.
If you wish for us to examine the product, the return costs are your responsibility. If it is found that the warranty claim is valid, we will reimburse the return costs incurred.
ImportantWe only reimburse standard return costs. This does not include additional insurance.
Once we receive your product for a warranty claim, we will first assess whether the issue falls within or outside the warranty and if our VR-specialisten can resolve the problem. If it is not a warranty case, there may be (examination) costs associated with the service request and the repair of the product. We aim to provide you with an estimate of these potential costs in advance, so you are not faced with unexpected expenses.
